More PomPolish

• Finished the help screen for PomPom
• Added some saving and loading stuff.
• Added highscores.
• Added a speed up for scoring if you've played enough.
• Added a sound for buttons.

It looks like Itch wipes the save data any time I upload a new build so be warned that it will probably be gone with an update which is extremely annoying.

Build 2 had an bug so I immediately did another.

Not going to upload another build until the next minigame is in and there is a way to move between them. Might be a while.
